Terms of Sale — Père-Lachaise Audio Guide

1. The seller

These terms are agreed between the customer and the company:

2. Products offered

The Père-Lachaise Audio Guide website and app sell digital audio content, available for download or streaming, through which users can discover Père-Lachaise cemetery, its graves and its stories.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax. AGPL SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but content is charged at the rate in force at the time of purchase.

4. Ordering

Products are bought directly through the mobile app or the website. Payment is immediate. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

5. Payment

Payment is secure. It may be made by bank card or through partner payment platforms (Google Pay, Apple Pay).

6. Access to the content

Access to the content is immediate upon payment. No physical item is delivered.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment with the customer's express consent.

By confirming the order, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

AGPL SAS cannot be held liable for any interruption of service caused by technical problems beyond its control (network or server failure, and the like).

9. Intellectual property

The audio content, texts and images are protected by copyright. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement. Failing that, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of AGPL SAS shall be competent.
